I’m Kerryn.

For a long time, I lived in my head - overthinking, second-guessing, trying to get it all perfect all of the time.

From the outside, I was functioning. But underneath, I was anxious, disconnected, and exhausted. Maybe you know that feeling too.

The constant mental load. The pressure to be everything for everyone. The quiet sense that this just isn’t working anymore… but not knowing where to go next.

This is where things begin to shift.

Because real change doesn’t come from more pressure, discipline or mindset work.

It comes from understanding your nervous system, reconnecting with your body, and learning to work with yourself instead of against yourself.

I am a coach, counsellor and facilitator with a passion for the whole human.

I support individuals, practitioners and teams to move out of burnout, overwhelm and self-doubt and into more grounded, sustainable ways of living, working and leading.

My work blends psychology, counselling, holistic health and behaviour change to create change that is not just insightful… but embodied and lasting.

Together we focus on what actually creates sustainable change:

  • regulating your nervous system so you can feel calmer and more in control

  • building self-trust so you can make clear and aligned decisions

  • creating boundaries that support you (without guilt or shutdown)

  • shifting patterns of over-responsibility, perfectionism and self-abandonment

  • developing ways of living and working that don’t lead to burnout

The result? You’ll feel clearer, more grounded, more like yourself.
