Food is not the enemy
I repeat food is NOT the enemy. Ice cream isn’t either BTW.
However, did you know that if you view food as an enemy, then every time you eat – your body will have a physiologic stress response, just as if you were running from a tiger or about to have a car crash?
Comparison steals your joy
You may have heard this quote a few times before, it’s an oldie for sure but I still think it’s a goodie.
