I am so glad you are here!
I have a feeling that you are ready for some big, juicy changes. I’ve had plenty of experience with change and would so love to be here for you while you embrace yours. 

 

Let me tell you a little about me and my journey...


I am the expert on anxiety. I used to walk around with what felt like a vice around my heart, like I could never take a full deep breath. It was impossible to be calm because there was ALWAYS something on my mind. I used to feel like no matter where I went I didn’t fit in. I was consumed with worry about what other people though of me. I had a judgemental mind that just would not quit.

Physically this manifested as all kinds of ailments; chronic fatigue, insomnia, depression, disordered eating, addictions, dengue fever, aches, pains and illnesses – you name it, I caught it. My body was screaming at me for help, but I didn’t listen.

I was always dating ‘that guy’ who made me feel awful about myself. Who betrayed my trust and crossed the disrespect line more than once. I knew I should, but I could never get the courage to leave.

Then I was the in her 30’s single girl. I felt hopeless. Like I had somehow missed the love train. Certain I would be single forever. I had myself completely convinced that when I finally had the perfect body / hair / clothes, I would feel free and worthy and accepted. An insane amount of time, energy, head and heart space was poured into this desire.

One day I decided that this just could not go on. I made some changes to the way I showed up in the world and could not believe how small shifts had such a big impact. Everything began to feel easier, calmer and fresher. 

But I didn’t stop there. Once I’d recovered some of my physical energy I felt up to doing the deeper work. I spent countless hours reading and researching what it takes to be the expert of your own body and began to re-build my body image.

I attended workshops, retreats, courses, seminars, private coaching sessions all to load myself up with info on how to be the best version of me. I’ve been on a journey of self discovery and now I get to share all that I have learned with you.

 

I love nothing more than sharing everything I have learned with the world, helping you to truly nourish your body, mind and soul.

I believe we all deserve to have a peaceful and loving relationship with ourselves and our bodies.

I don’t want anyone to ever feel as lonely, anxious and lost as I did. 

I’ve walked the journey and now it’s my mission to help you feel clear, confident and connected.
