MENTORING

- For Coaches and Practitioners -

You’ve done the course, got your certificate,
built a website but now what?

I know what it’s like to feel adrift or left out in the cold when it comes to the first few years of setting up your business. Very few people ever talk about this part.
The icky, sticky, tricky bit where it feels like you are pushing a large rock up a steep cliff and the ground is crumbling around you - even though you love what you do and just want to do more of it.
It truly doesn’t have to be so hard, I should know!

My whole business changed when I was brave enough to ask for help.

Along the way, my Coaches have helped me to:

  • unpack stories, beliefs and baggage that I didn’t even realise were holding me back from showing up to work

  • identify my strengths and passions and move more fully into work that felt purposeful and meaningful to me

  • take the leap to quit my part time job and trust for the first time that my business could fully support me (and that I would support it, in return)

My mentoring experience is different to others you may have seen.
I don’t follow any kind of super success formula or cookie cutter ‘get 10 new clients in 10 days’ plan.

(Which by the way, really isn’t a plan for you - it’s only what worked for someone else who is not you!)
I’m here for you. That unique perfect amazing version of you that’s so needed to build your business so it’s set for success.

Your ideal business should light you on fire everyday and I have a knack
for discovering exactly how to get you there.

…Who am I to do this work?

…Nobody is ever going to pay me to do that!

…it’s already been done and better than I could ever do it too.

… what will ‘they’ think or say if I put myself out there?

…I’m not fully healthy / happy / secure / whatever expectation enough to help anyone.

I know exactly what it’s like. In fact, I have the same kind of thoughts, with every new client, Insta post, networking event.

Whenever I have to speak up about what makes me ME and what sets my business apart, I tend to over-think and get overly concerned about how people might react.

We all do. But please don’t let these fleeting thoughts hold you back.

You (and the business that you are dreaming of) are so needed.

You, exactly the way you are, have so much to offer your future clients.

I get it if you want a bit of support to get you there.

Together we’ll focus on YOU and YOUR BUSINESS (they are separate btw) and make sure that both needs are being met.

We’ll discover what makes you so unique and who you are here to serve.

I’ll share with you everything I have learned after 8 years, countless clients, courses and creations.

Ready to get inspired and really get your business moving?

“I was feeling overwhelmed with expansion anxiety surrounding stepping into the role of a mentor/coach and was constantly getting in my own way, avoiding making a start. I was hoping to receive some guidance and support in taking the next step forward. I’d tried talking positively to myself and had been drawing on all the information I’d already learnt, however I still felt nervous about stepping into action as I didn't have a clear structure for holding 1:1 sessions.

Since spending time with Kerryn I feel more confident and reassured that I am in an ideal position to assist others in working towards achieving their goals in their business, career and life transitions. Kerryn's kind and welcoming nature provided a safe space for me to soften into. We covered all of the questions that I had surrounding what my own process might look like, and I also received lots of resources/examples which will be beneficial in prompting me to set up my own structure as I start working with clients in a 1:1 capacity.

Kerryn wholeheartedly shows up in her capacity as a mentor. She provide a safe space to explore goals, challenges and action steps by offering guidance, practical information and helpful resources. I would highly recommend working with her to gain clarity, insight and support in your business or personal life.”
