Food is not the enemy
I repeat food is NOT the enemy. Ice cream isn’t either BTW.
However, did you know that if you view food as an enemy, then every time you eat – your body will have a physiologic stress response, just as if you were running from a tiger or about to have a car crash?
Want to lose weight? That’s okay here.
I know this is kinda controversial in the current climate (at least in my world) but I gotta speak up and let you know...It is okay if you want to lose weight.
